This was the first time that I have had to write a negative review. My problem is not with the product itself but the packaging was different this time. I usually receive my items in bubble wrap packaging envelopes, this time was a medium box. The product was damaged, the sea moss leaked out throughout the box. I’m not sure if it was due to the carrier or how the item was packaged. All I know is that the item ordered was damaged.

Kimberly, I wish you would have contacted me on the day that you received your package. I would have taken care of this. I noticed that your package shipped on the 26th of July, but didn't reach you until the 31st. That was way too long for your product to be in transit. It normally takes 2-3 days priority. I did change the packaging because in the warmer months the box allows me to add more ice packs.

Good product

I like this. Good quality. I’m not too sure as I don’t feel a difference taking the bladder wrack and burdock root, as supposed to the other types of Sea moss that I’ve taken. But I’m sure that I am getting a lot of health benefits from it anyways.
