Our sea moss is imported from St. Lucia. Our gold sea moss is sun-dried and has a very mild flavor.  The purple sea moss has a bit of a different flavor due to the antioxidant "anthocyanins". Our green sea moss is also unique in that it is rich in chlorophyll.
